Separate written agreements govern paid marketing services we deliver to clients. Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement prevails for that engagement.

The Site is intended for business users and marketing professionals aged eighteen years or older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have authority to bind any organisation on whose behalf you submit enquiries.

We reserve the right to decline engagements that fall outside our expertise, capacity, or ethical guidelines — including campaigns for prohibited products or misleading claims.

We aim to respond to enquiries within two business days but do not guarantee response times. Display of a confirmation message after form submission indicates the Site has processed your request; delivery to our inbox depends on server configuration beyond what is visible in the browser.

6. Third-party links and embeds
